In the spirit of a true family endeavor, the Company’s success is a direct result of the hard work and support of Bill, his wife Margie, and their children, B.J. and Amy. Combs Construction Company is headquartered in Madison, Indiana; a quaint, beautiful town located on the Ohio River. Madison was founded in 1809, and 133 city blocks of its downtown area are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In the early years of the Company's existence, Bill Combs focused his craft on restoring homes in Madison’s Historic District. It was this opportunity that gave Bill a deep appreciation for the fine craftsmanship inherent in the historic homes and inspired him to build homes that will stand for generations.
