In the early years of the Company's existence, Bill Combs focused his craft on restoring homes in Madison's Historic District. It was this opportunity that gave Bill a deep appreciation for the fine craftsmanship inherent in the historic homes and inspired him to build homes that will stand for generations.

Bill and his wife Margie, founded Combs Construction Company in 1987. Today, Bill is the acting President, in charge of Quality Control.
